Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all software development products and services offered by Licendeals, including custom software, web and mobile applications, software licenses, maintenance, and technical support.

2. General Principles

Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality services. However, due to the customized nature of software development, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

3. Custom Software Development Projects

Since each project is tailored to the client’s specific requirements:

  • Initial payments (deposits): are non-refundable once the analysis or design work has begun.

  • Milestone payments: may only be refunded if the client cancels the project before the corresponding phase begins, and no deliverables have been submitted.

  • If a verifiable breach of contract by Licendeals occurs, the client may request a proportional refund for the uncompleted portion of the project.

4. Standard Software Products (Licenses or SaaS)

  • Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase, provided that the client has not activated, installed, or used the product.

  • For monthly or annual subscriptions, refunds will not be issued for billing periods already started, even if the client cancels before expiration.

  • If the product presents technical issues attributable to Licendeals and no fix is provided within 15 business days, a full or partial refund may be processed.

5. Maintenance or Technical Support Services

  • Payments for maintenance or support plans are non-refundable once the contracted period has started.

  • If services cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to Licendeals, the client may choose between a service extension or a proportional refund.

6. Refund Request Procedure

  • To request a refund, the client must send an email to support@ldssoluti.com including the following information:

    • Full name or company name

    • Contract or invoice number

    • Reason for the request

    • Supporting documentation or evidence

    All requests will be reviewed within 10 business days, and a response will be provided via email.
